Here you will find the most frequently asked questions regarding ordering, shipping, returns and warranty at Kotabo.

What is your delivery time?

We ensure that your order is delivered to you within 1-3 business days after payment. Our goal is to deliver your package within the Netherlands the next day with our very reliable partner, Transmission.

Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed immediately on the next business day.

During discount promotions or holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

What shipping costs do you charge?

For shipping within the Netherlands, we apply a standard rate of €7.99. The actual costs for us are €13.99. For orders over €99, you do not have to pay for shipping costs. If you return the complete product, we will deduct the shipping costs.

How do I return an order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange your items within 30 working days of delivery.

You can return items in a few steps:

Mark the items to be returned on the enclosed packing slip and add it to the return package.

Share the track & trace code of your return shipment with us via info@kotabo.nl.

Important details:
– The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
– Ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging.
– Handle the items with care. We are not liable for damage or loss during the return shipment. Use an insured shipping option or request proof of shipment to guarantee your return.
– Items that are damaged or returned without packaging cannot be accepted.
- If you return your entire order? Then you are obliged to return the enclosed gift as well.

Incorrect or damaged delivery:
If you receive an incorrect item or if the product proves to be defective upon arrival, please inform us within 48 hours. In this case, we will reimburse the return costs and, if in stock, send the correct product as soon as possible.

Products made specifically to your specifications are not covered by the right of withdrawal. After successful payment, the sale is final.

You can return a product to us if:
The item is unused;
The item shows no signs of use;
The item has been viewed/tried on in the same way as would happen in a shop;
The item is not a custom-made product.
Use a return point of your choice to safely return the product to us.

My order is damaged/incomplete, what can I do?

Did you receive a damaged or incomplete order? Please contact us within 48 hours at info@kotabo.nl . Please provide a clear description of the damage, including any damage to the packaging, and attach at least two photos.

We will review your report as quickly as possible and get back to you by email with a suitable solution. We can only process reports that meet these requirements.

What happens after I place an order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us at the email address you provided. As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with the track & trace code from Transmission. Transmission will deliver your package to the address you provided during the ordering process. You will also receive an email about this.

Can I have an order gift wrapped?

Of course! Add your personal message in the order notes, and we will make sure it is carefully added to your order.
